Helen Rogers became the lead vocalist of the band known as "Direct Drive".

In 2007 Helen recorded an album of Reggae versions of Pop hits from the
70’s titled ‘Homage’ with multi instrumentalist and vocalist Black
Her solo EP ‘Eyes Like Midnight’ released in 2008 was a departure in
style, featuring violin and cello played by Tony Qunta, and remained on
the CD Baby bestseller list for many months.
A collaboration with Fil Jones ‘Luxury of Time’ in 2009 resulted in CD
Baby no 1 chart positions in the Jazzfunk, Jazz and Urban charts Now
Returning to her reggae beginnings Helen has covered a beautiful song
‘Let Me Be Your Angel’ first done in Lovers Rock by Portia Morgan. The
track has created a great deal of interest and has already appeared in
the iTunes Luxembourg Reggae chart.
